After many years of working
with Joe Walsh we began a project in alliance to build a guitar that met the
special tone that was hidden in his ear. The difference between the 60’s single
coil and classic rock tone that very few guitars have achieved.
Duesenberg Joe Walsh
The new DAC-JW has its roots
in our Fullerton TV body, but with some very cool modifications. We have developed a thin line body similar to
our Elite series. In combination with this new shape we designed a custom Little Toaster for the bridge and an
HSC Single Twin pickup in the neck position.
From the custom headstock to
the elegant gold and silver accents on the radiator tremolo and pickups, we
have also added a special feature in tribute to Joe’s passion in Ham Radio with
a morse-code message.
