We offer a 48 hour approval from the time you sign for the package
with your courier. If not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we
will issue you a return authorization number.
The item must be returned in the same condition as sent, with the
container and packing material. Refund will reflect the deduction of
actual shipping fees to the customer. We do not consider the merchandise
returned until we have received delivery and verified it is in the same
condition as when we shipped it. We cannot refund freight charges. If
the order was paid with a credit card, we will deduct 3% of the total
charge from your refund to cover our card processing expenses.
Any item being returned without a return authorization number will be
refused.
If there is any damage to the item due to insufficient packing the
return will be refused and no refund will be issued.
Return shipping charges and insurance are to be paid by the customer.
All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase price.
Once a RA number has been issued you have 48 hours to ship the item back
to us. This does not mean that we must receive it within 48 hours. If
the item is not shipped within 48 hours it will be refused.
We will special order any amp. A deposit of 50% of the sales
prices is required.
The deposit for special orders is non-refundable.
We offer 30 day layaway with a 20% non-refundable deposit. All deposits and payments for layaways are non-refundable. Any layaway voids approval period. No returns will be accepted on any layaway items. All layaway sales are final.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, as well as Money Orders, Bank Checks, and Cash. Personal checks will be accepted, however merchandise will ship only after the check has cleared. Foreign shipments: If taxes and tariffs are applied to your shipment, any such duties are payable by the purchaser, to the purchasers Country's appropriate government officials.
We ship domestic packages using FEDEX or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

International customers may purchase instruments via wire transfer payments.
Once payment is received, we will ship your order via a mutually agreed method.
Any duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, VAT taxes etc are the responsibility of the buyer.
All sales to international customers are final and do not qualify for the 48 hour approval policy.
